Getting started

Download lumio

lumio is in beta and is only available via the Chrome desktop web browser. Download the lumio Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Minimum operating requirements

For the time being, lumio is available exclusively through the Chrome desktop web browser. Any computer with Chrome installed should be able to run lumio. For best results, please make sure that your web browser is updated to the latest version.

Signup, lumio accounts

You can use lumio on your computer without creating an account.

However, if you want to access your data from all of your computers, you have to create an account. Once signed up, you can log in to your account in any Chrome browser on any computer. All your actions are synced, even those that you do while offline.

You can have multiple lumio accounts.

Access lumio on other computers

If you use multiple desktop computers, just add lumio to your Chrome, sign in and you'll access all your data.

On any computer, if you sign in the Chrome browser, Chrome automatically installs lumio to that computer, and you can sign in with your lumio account to access all your stuff.

Access your data on any computer

On any computer, tablet or mobile device, if you sign in the lumio web app, you'll access all data saved with lumio.

Use lumio offline (with no internet connection)

lumio stores all of your data locally. All your saved content is accessible offline. When you're online again, all your offline actions are synced with our servers and your other computers.

Work with lumio on multiple tabs simultaneously

You can use lumio simultaneously in multiple browser tabs.

For example, you can be editing a card in one tab, arrange a collection in another and save a new highlight in a third tab. As work is completed between multiple tabs, lumio works to synchronize them all in the background.

Right-click the lumio toolbar icon to access this help center or our support team.

Whenever the lumio save button gets in the way, right-click the toolbar icon, then select 'Hide lumio save buttons' at the top of the list. You will still be able to save with lumio via the right-click context menu. Find 'Show lumio save buttons' the same place later.

Are you able to save all of your storylines and candy a to one account? I noticed that when I am in a new device I am not able to storylines that I created from a different device.
